The Heart Insight group sits together in silence from 7 to 7:45pm andthen we share a cuppa and conversation. It's a warm and friendly environment.We are grateful to Mindful Psychology for generously hosting these evenings.

There is off-street parking. Enter through the main entrance and go up thestairs on the left. The sitting room is on the first floor. Chairs areavailable, but please bring your own cushion or meditation bench.
