You are very welcome to join us no matter what your meditation experience, however we generally sit for around 30mins so please let us know (using the contact form below) if you would like some guided introduction on the night you attend. The Heart Insight meditation group meets at:
71 Russell St, West End @ Haiku Yoga & Arts Studio
We are located in the heart of bustling west end just south of Brisbane city. You’ll find Russell St is just off (Boundary Rd) the main street in West End.
You’ll recognise Russell St by the lizard statue on the corner.
Walk down the street until you see the post office. There is a concrete ramp sloping down under the ‘Wrapture’ cafe.
Open the sliding door on your right and please leave shoes at the door. Meditation cushions are provided and there is a toilet and tea making facilities available.
