You are very welcome to join us no matter what your meditation experience, however we generally sit for around 30mins so please let us know (using the contact form below) if you would like some guided introduction on the night you attend.
We have two opportunities each week.
Sundays – We meet online via Zoom. Please sign up to the mailing list or visit the HI facebook group for the Zoom login details (we don’t publicise them for security reasons). You can also import the HI calendar (.ics) file to your calendar software for updates on the topics and teachers for each week.
Thursdays – We meet in person from 6:30 – 8:00pm at:
6 Qualtrough St, Woolloongabba @ Mindful Psychology
We are located in the heart of Woolloongabba not far from Park Rd train station and just off Ipswich Rd. There is usually off-street parking available at the time we meet.
Enter through the main entrance and go up the stairs on the left. The sitting room is on the first floor. We follow the current Qld Health Covid-19 requirements.
