Thursdays, 6:15pm in-person
Sundays, 6pm online

There are two opportunities per week to join the Heart Insight Group. On Thursday evenings in-person at Mindful Psychology in Woollongabba and Sunday evenings online. On the fourth Sunday each month the online group starts at 7pm for a discussion of a sutta from the Pali Canon.  Please sign up to the mailing list or visit the HI facebook group for the Zoom login details.
Details of the various meeting are in the Heart Insight calendar.

Developing a meditation practice is so much easier with the support of a group. Every Thursday and Sunday evenings join us as we explore the liberating insights and practices taught by the Buddha.

Cost is by donation. The teachings are considered beyond a monetary value so instead the tradition of dana (generosity) is practiced. Those that wish to support the continuation of the group and the teacher’s offerings, can do so via donation boxes on the night.

Saturday Silent Retreat

Victor von der Heyde & Lulu Cook - Dharma Panel

Join us on September 15th for the special premiere of the Dharma Panel. An opportunity to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to! Breaking from our usual Sunday night proceedings there will no specific theme, instead Victor and Lulu will be sharing the dharma Q&A style. Questions will be a mix of those submitted previously and some spontaneous on the night.

No question is too big or too small. It could be about personal practice (how to stop falling asleep when I meditate?), life and relationships (how can practice help me off my coffee addiction?),  the esoteric (can monks actually read minds?), controversial (can psychedelics be helpful on the path?) or even about the teacher’s practice (most significant experience/insight?).

To submit a question email heart.insight.group@gmail.com or add it to the donation bowls over the next few Sunday nights. Please note due to time constraints only a selection of submitted questions will be answered. Don’t delay, submit it now!
