The Heart Practices of metta (loving-kindness), karuna (compassion), mudita (joy), and upekkha (equanimity) are fundamental to the Buddhist path. They are also part of how we share what it means to be human, in connection with ourselves and others. In this daylong we will link these traditional practices with wisdom that relates to daily life. Open to all, including those who are new to meditation. There will be periods of meditation, group discussion, and interactive practices, led by Lulu Cook and Lyndi Smith.
